Thanks for the response. As far as I can tell WSTL needs LU, the cpe stuff just won't give the margins they need and quite frankly they will not have the cash to manufacture the volumes that they will need to compete with COMS.

Needing LU is not a great position to be in, but it is better than just focusing on the cpe side. I am sceptical of all of the other DSLAM leads that the company as mentioned.
