DynamicWeb Secures New Round of Financing

Receives Commitment for $1.5 Million

FAIRFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 1999-- DynamicWeb(TM) Enterprises, Inc. (OTC BB:DWEB), a developer of Internet electronic commerce and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) business solutions, announced today that it has received a commitment from the Shaar Fund for $1,500,000 in new financing in a private placement.

Trautman Kramer & Company, Inc. served as the placement agent on the transaction.

The Shaar Fund was a recent investor in ImaginOn, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMON - news). Trautman Kramer & Co. recently acted as placement agent for Virtual Technology Corp. (OTC BB:VTCO) and provided investment banking services for Shopping.com (OTC BB:IBUY) relating to their sale to Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ - news).
