Yes, this is true. My statement...
To get multiple monitors in Windows 95 or NT, you would need to buy a special multi-monitor card. Matrox makes the Productiva G100 multi-monitor card.
is specific to Windows 95 and NT.

You can use the newer AGP cards, too. If you have an older motherboard, the AGP card will be the secondary monitor.

Yes this works, You can even have like different screen resolutions for each monitor. For NT you need the drivers from the card manufacturer itself, for matrox you need identical monitors as there is no individual setups. Or you can have upto 4 monitors I think.
1AGP and 1PCI will work. Although I never did get a Matrox and Hercules thriller 3D to work together reliabelly.
