jebj,

You're out of line in your posts to Sir Francis Drake. You seem to be implying he is the only CyBer customer who has problems. Not true.

You also seem to suggest that you know the cause and solution to his problem. Also not true (but quite arrogant).

Then you go on to tell Drake to "take your business elsewhere." Who do you think you are telling this to someone?

If Drake has a problem and wants to discuss it here, it's none of your business. You can either read his posts or not. That choice is yours. But it's entirely his choice whether or not to make the post. And, of course, he has no business telling you how to write your posts (and he did not).

I think your message was out of line, totally unnecessary, and added nothing to the discussion. Why don't you just write your posts and let others write what they want? It's not a big deal.

jebi,

I can see you point, and I respect your right to make it; but I also agree with what Bill Dwyer said - Sir Francis should feel free to post as many messages as he feels are needed to get Cyber's attention.

I think we do need to "keep hearing it over and over again", if "it" leads to a better CyBerTrader product. Messages like those from Sir Francis help add a "real world" flavor to the "isn't this just wonderful" menu of "bells and whistles" peddled by all the direct vendors.

I'm more interested in the "steak" rather than the "sizzle". If Cyber can't provide reliable real time quotes, what good is the rest of the system?

So spare us not, Sir FD! Keep speaking out until they hear you, i.e. fix the problem. You're actually doing CyberTrader, and the rest of us, a favor.

Bill
