Leeriness may exist in a percentage of potential clients about web security issues with regard to money transactions. But PNLK is a multi-level resource.

If, for example, a company who sells Llama wool in Argentina finds a trading partner in Italy through the website and both are leery of transacting over the net, they can still access every other resource, like forms, through PNLK and mutually agree to finance it traditionally. I don't see why they couldn't do this.
