While I would agree that the opening was a disappointment, I would disagree that this is an internet play. While their technlogy can be used over the internet DGV is a software company.
As for publicity, the company hosted many "dog and pony" shows around the country.
The underwriter has no control over when trading will commence. that is the function of the market after the deal is effective, especially on an exchange.
If your client bought this as an investment IMO he will be ok with it and if he bought it for a trade he sould be sophisticated enough to accept a downtick

I agree with Amanda that something looks funny on this stock. Is this
a case of sticking it to the internet stocks traders? Lets just make money and be happy.
