John, D Lezack is not an accountant. He does not represent the Madera Accounting firm out of Calif. I spoke to the CEO - marble mouth to verify this statement. At best, D.L. is a consultant and a share holder. The front office made a mistake.

What I see John, is if D.Lizak is going to the Fla Home Office and knowing his background as X-CEO ,, he should NOT have access to the executive office. Ray is due in from South America with something going on, then Lizak shows up at the door, something is hot on the stove. John, this guy is NOT - NOT - an accountant, he is there to IMHO to evaluate what is going and can HE make any money. Something in the next couple of weeks is about to pop. Something has been or is about to be added to the mix which has brought in the fleas. Ray must have a smoking gun. What ever it is ,it going to get my attention. The old CEO said d,Lizak is not an accountant for Madera no matter what the front office said. I have messaged by FAX to the CEO to keep the X-CEO out of the building, because this man is a share holder using his friendship with Madera to gain inside information to sell in an move up for a nifty profit.
