You forgot one very important factor; revenue growth. Sales have been and are increasing thereby almost negating any hit to earnings. Their ASX-4000 switch is going to be a big seller this year. Heck look at the news from MCI WorldCom. The icing on the cake might and will probably be if & when they are acquired.
