I'm still waiting to get back in but the way that secondary was handled and this retreat are making me more nervous. I'll get in but not with as much as I was in before.

I don't understand the reason for the secondary. They have financing from LU and prior to that they said they had enough cash to get to break even at least. Now they have the secondary and it's dilution in addition to the already high long term debt. Then the spring to Argentina and most of the hubs are not full here yet. Then, the famous convertibles will show up again. And we are still paying the 14 %.

I am really getting to believe that WCII cannot make it on it's own. A partnership near term is very likely IMO.

As you said, it's probably beyond our comprehension. Did you get my e-mail ?
