Toshiba to launch USB 'super-megapixel' camera

My new iMac is screaming for this camera. It ships with 16MB of internal memory, uses Smartmedia for storage , and can handle the new 32MB Smartmedia cards just announced. --And...it has a USB port for fast, easy, and direct connection to my iMac!

No Flop! drive here. No Iomega.

Iomega declined to define "significant" (their words, not mine) in terms of the number of units. apparently, one connector on the clik! can't be produced in adequate supply to meet current demand. this "connector" supply problem is being corrected as I type, and all supply issues related to it solved before the end of this current quarter per IOM. Of course, this is nothing new, Scott stated so at the Emerald meeting (what is new is the increasing backlog issue)
