Michael,

Got any thoughts on REIT's. Specifically, I read that CEI (Crescent) is pretty darned well positioned in Texas and has money and has about 10.5% dividend. Hell, I'll take 10.5% dividend for life in my savings anytime. What am I missing?

Thanks.
mike

I just noticed this:

biz.yahoo.com

Does this mean that Max is no longer in charge? <VBG>

Michael (or anybody), any thoughts on the level of effort to be expended by Dan "In DeNial" Niles and his cronies at next week's Robbers & Stealers tech tout-fest?

It's become obvious even to the dippies in the last couple of days that tech is toast; the question is whether the Snake Oil crew will be going for the Emmy or just going through the motions.

I myself figure it's gotta be the final chance for these crooks to get out at any price, so the bullhorns will be on full volume.
