Dwight, it's what Wendy is supposed to have said to someone on the Yahoo board. I'll check it out today.

Particularly troubling to me has been the size of the trades the last couple of days, which seems to belie the "retail" theory... not too bad today so far. Both prior days with lots of 50k blocks, and yesterday one of 800 some K shares. Might mean an institution getting out? If so, why? Can't have been a lot of buyers at a price lower than $5.... So these sellers presumeably selling at a loss? But why would anyone take a loss at this level when the next announcement could cause a sizable pop? Worrisome, indeed! The convertible scenario the only one that seems to make any sense, unless a major backer with inside info decided to get out for some reason.
