Well finally you said something intelligent

Don't let the big guys take your money. It's a head fake. For those with options expiring if you are in the money you can exercise and sell on Monday. Very risky however if you can't cover the loss if the stock goes down. MM's are making a fortune on NOVL options. I've never seen such a display of their control over this stock. The answer is to buy 17.5 calls expiring tomorrow at 3/8ths and join them.

By the way forget about IBM taking over Novell. Nobody will take over Novell until the company fails to meet its numbers and trades at 12 again. You want to own the stock when it slides to 12?
