This criticism was directed to me in private conversation months ago. In the thread somewhere I and others debated the details in order to clarify the situation. The result was that we came down to Palmer's Black Box and couldn't proceed further. If you really want a clarification I can drag out the references, but the discussion didn't go anywhere then, so I'm not sure where it can go now. What is publicly known is what is described on their web site. The "external" ambiguity can't be resolved any finer than what is indicated or implied there.
