How 'bout a report on the SHM??? Haven't heard a peep. Your input certainly welcomed.

I have not sold any of my TAVA and will be adding to it. I just can't find anything bad about TAVA. I feel my information source is being polluted. So I also will be lurking. You have the search engines so use them if you like. WR

FMA,

I appreciate you informing the board of your recent sales BUT...it sure is curious that you sold at this level (6). After all the research you have read on this thread and after all the information you have posted you are trying to tell us you don't think TAVA has a better than even chance of at least getting back to the 7 range? Again, I find this very curious. I read your posts on the SHM and while they did address your disappointment with PR and attendance and coverage I can't imagine it being so bad that you thought 6 was the high for the next several months. I would have believed you if you said you are convinced we will see more of a dip before getting back to 7-8 range so you sold to buy back in lower but you made it seem like you are out long term. Sorry but something smells about your decision and it isn't the previously mentioned items.

Hunter

Dear fma: Oh Wow, I didnt realize you were THAT depressed over this stock. They must have really mistreated you at the meeting. While something certainly seems to be amiss here, I cant believe the stock will not bounce back from its current levels. Its now below 9 times NEXT YEARS fully taxed estimated earnings of 64 cents, (and that is before all this new news became available). I am sorry you didnt kick this around with the rest of us. I sure hope that the lions share of your stock is in your IRA. Meanwhile, I am sorry you apparently are not going to be active on the thread anymore. You made a major contribution and will be sorely missed. JDN

Dear fma,

Some time ago I realized and your posts confirmed this my understanding that we, "internet investors" and TAVA mgmnt have very different vantage points to look at and evaluate the company's progress compared to the "progress" of its stock. Naturally they don't watch the market as closely as we do and consequently they can not see all the subtle connections between the minute price movements, the timing of press releases, momentum development, general market behavior etc. They do what they should do - manage the company - I believe that you agree they do their job very well. But this is why we feel they "don't understand", "don't listen" etc. And - yes - TAVA is still a very small company with a very limited experience in managing PR. They merely don't know how to effectively transform their success in business into their stock success. And we think we do know! I can't say who is more right... I'd like to see that TAVA mgmt is right.

Also think about fundamentals: sooner or later they always drive the stock price their way.

I regret your leaving the board, but suggest that you think about a good entry point.

Thanks for all your input.

Viktor.
