It is the boxmakers which are down and CPQ is inexplicably down a fraction more than the rest (DELL is up).

I don't think it's inexplicable ...

DELL is going sub-$1,000 and "getting physical." Oh, and, I suppose, the subtle hint that they might start buying shares back tomorrow isn't hurting DELL's share price today either.
