I was asked to post this by someone who is not a member of SI:

There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about the shares on the SI board. Somebody is hollering that 100M shares are being issued. Those poeple must be reminded again and again that the authorized is only 25 million and this cannot be exceeded without authorization and notification to the shareholders. Please post this on the SI for me.
