Jeff and all -

Loads of posts about the upcoming case but not a lot about tomorrow or have I got it wrong about earnings tomorrow.

Well we are cruising home and its late now so any views out there.

Personally I think the MSFT deal is going to be great.

I can't imagine that a trial of this nature in federal court would be closed. Of course, if it's a jury trial the jury deliberations won't be public. But all of the witness examination, evidence, etc., will be public. Also, there must already be a tremendous amount of material filed and publicly available in the way of briefs, motions etc. The problem would be evaluating all the evidence from a technical intellectual property standpoint. From what I have seen, Ericsson's claim to any CDMA patents is pure bluster.
