dav: Fed/State Govts including the Forces are CS's big clients. Here absolute tendering is still in vogue. In other Enterprises, a lot of deals are done by Networking at higher levels. In those cases, CSCO has the upper hand.

In this particular case he has to keep the flag flying. I agree with the need for change. Some Mutual Fund still holding onto this Fuzz ball will have to make it happen.
