That's what it looks like to me. I don't blame someone who's holding 2 million shares for registering to sell a measly 100,000. I think it definitely is a sign of good things to come. I was just sick of hearing about how they "sold" the shares already. Nobody has been able to justify that and now I know why, because it wasn't true.
