Capital Guardian has held this position for quite awhile, most of last year i believe. the more recent holdings not required for filing (<5%) are just starting to trickle in from the 4Q 2 of the top ten holders reporting so far are increases. Dimensional Fund Advisor ^1% from 624,000 to 630,100 shares Vanguard ^ 49% from 144,400 to 216,300 shares Mutual funds hold only 2.4% these reportings from institutional and mutual funds are more delayed than insider trades which showed some increase activity to selling in Dec. picked up some more today at 8.625 GOOD LUCK AR.
