Yes, I saw that. They did indeed sell an awful lot of stock during
December and January when COMS was in the 40s. Here is a list:

One must remember though, that the selling has probably subsided
and its depressing affect upon the price of COMS completed. An
exception may be Casey Cowell who was 3COM's largest stockholder and
shed 1.66 million shares. If he has decided to leave the company then
he may have more shares to sell. Eric Benhamu's 400,000 share sell
is meaningless, he periodically sells this amount in the course of
the year.

3com just featured on CNBC re insider selling and how insiders
fortuitously sold at 45-48 in January when Eric said everything
was on plan.
