But to most legal experts, MSFT is not only NOT winning this case, it's losing big time. When they say Windows is not a monopoly on Desktop OS, and you are citing Red Hat Linux as your competitor, and you got laughed out of the court, you got to stop arguing that point.

I can't believe MSFT paid millions to these incompetent fools from NY. If Johnny Cochrain can have O.J. aquitted, then hire him. I say fire the whole legal team now and get some smart lawyers. Because this case is seriously hurting the stock price. I wouldn't jump in right now, the case still has a long way to go, and most people already believe that the case has been lost. You will have people speculating what the penalty will be, and what law suits will follow this one after this case is over.

I think as the case nearing close, you could see another 10% correction. I wouldn't jump in MSFT now without knowing the implication of the verdict on MSFT.
