Toby,

My opinion is that you lack understanding. IMHO, the internet is an area that investors are gambling on because the stakes are HUGE. The revenues on the internet will become very LARGE over time and investors KNOW that! Some companies increase their price by investing in VALUE and price is based on EARNINGS.

Internet stock are not based upon CURRENT earnings but are based on FUTURE possibilities.

Financing for a company that is trading with good volume can be obtained based upon a combination of price and volume. CMOZ stock price has shown very good resilience. Financing may be obtained that way. My guess would be that acquisitions are being looked at that involve both stock and cash. Everyone wants to see some cash and taking stock in a company means the seller must have some faith in the future earning potential of the buyer, CMOZ.

Whether you like this situation or not is your opinion. It really doesn't matter, it just THE FACTS. As I recall, WorldCom bought MCI with a mostly stock swap and WorldCom's PE was about 90. Does that make any sense that MCI would go for the deal?

My belief is that there are some large financial interests behind CMOZ and EXPECT success and are willing to pay for it.

IMHO, your accusations of company manipulation are HOT AIR. Explain HOW the company CAN manipulate the stock price, please.
