Another note...companies are legally required to disclose such information by the SEC...it's not like they have a choice. I mean, read the prosectus for any upcoming hot deal....

Incidentally, CNBC did a nice feature profile on BCST this evening. Cuban--once-and-future billionaire--walks around the office in a sweatshirt, unbelievable.

Ironically, AXC would be a better story, and that's why press releases and "buzz" matter. AXC needs visibility. The good news is...Marlboro Man is "in the house."
