Thanks for the update. Just to add a few comments from prior conversations:

Test are still being done in King County Seattle for the sludge process.

While the sludge market is large, the machine is processing slower then required for "production", and less than hoped. The company recognizes the problem and hopes to find a solution, such as heating to partially dry the material on the front end.

Mr. Denning was guarded on reporting the details of the financing plan

they have had so many people sit down then walk, I am not surprised. But if the company can sell a few machines for rubber the proceeds could be used to pay off the debt.

The company is also in tests on the contaminated wood chips for a large government contractor. I had heard the award would be in mid March. I have no details on how this is progressing.
