Jeff --

re: "Do you have a satellite build status? Do you know at what point the original order is complete and the replacement order starts/stops?"

Yes. But I hope you understand that I cannot be the company spokesperson. I will repeat what has been said publicly, and that is the long lead items for the 8 replacements have been ordered. The sat production line is humming and supply for the 4 sats per launch is not going to be a problem. You should see satellites show up at Astrotech for the May launch about the time you are sending Uncle Sam your 1040. I empathize with the lack of PR, but, I can't fill the gap. Sorry.

As for the purple shirts, you have no idea how coveted they are. The production run has apparently been made, and there will be no more. There may be T-shirts but it looks like the nice shirts are gone. I could send you picture of mine, if that would help ;-)

And while I'm out it, I'd say to those who are impatient re the slide in price in the face of good news. I've been long for a long time. My highly unscientific data correlation shows that this stock has a beta of a bout 2~3. The market lately has stunk in general, hence the slid in price, IMHO. This stock is still a news/concept stock. In the future it will be a earnings/show-me-the-money stock. The transition from the former to the latter for I* has not been pretty. I would hope that G* will go more smoothly, but we will have to see. But as a news driven stock, in a good market and with good news, it should go nowhere but up. But, the market has been sour. It may start going up with more good news, but not in this market.

So what to do? If you feel that the market is going to be good to us, and you think G*'s problems are in the past, hold. Otherwise, you may wish to wait until the stock transition to the show me the money stage. Most of those on this thread are in the former category.

Wish us luck!

Mr A
