All this info appears to be traced back to the same article, a TSC piece. Heck, they just did it again:

They link to that same article. I've written a note to the author asking for his info source. We'll see if I hear anything back. I don't see how this could be without having a filing indicating such an important change. Would love to learn what I've missed.
