Wish I'd boxed instead of covered, now I can't seem to find shares to borrow. I bought a few puts though.
I was wondering if anybody knows when Source will report "earnings". I think the last couple of times they reported on or about the 14th of the month.

regards,
bb

good work archer, just as I expected. zebras can't hide their stripes.. Well, I'm not gonna play your little game. Your analysis is embarassing and misleading and if you really had it "figured out" you would have done it. Drop the CFA part too, it's ridiculous. You have the worst history of calling this stock than anybody who has posted. You have zero credibility.

What happened to your original short case that you were going to remind us of? It got blown out of the water by this deal so now you create your new short argument. What a joke.

First to suggest that the value of the new JV to be 55 million best case is crap. CEO of UV characterized the jv as comparable AT LEAST to @home and estimated a future 6 to 8 BILLION valuation for the jv.

Do you think you're impressing anyone with your "financial" analysis? I got news for you poindexter, take the calculator out of your a-- and look at the world being created around you.

<<So in conclusion, this deal values SRCM's virtual modem and interactive channel at anywhere from $18 to $30 million.>>

sure an ultimate 45% owner in a multibillion $ jv.. stick that in your calculator.

<<In summary, it looks like SRCM sold their intellectual property for a very small amount>>

Truly comical, a work of art. You spend 6 mths calling srcm worthless, a bankruptcy in motion, with incompetent mgmt. and now you complain they gave away their technology for a very small amount.

Maybe it's not much to you but I think
22 million, tv guide,TCI, John Malone, Rupert Murdoch, News Corp.,distribution, credibility not to mention 200 million on the warrent conversion, is alot more than not much.

It's a great deal for both parties.
