Saf-T-Lock IR said gun makers were scared to put locks on their guns, as it would admit to selling a defective product pre-lock. The brochure is a great idea!!. I will pass it on to the company. Redbird

Hey Cap'n...just getting warmed up on LOCK. Has their recent 11 Feb 99 Reg S been discussed here? edgar-online.com It was issued at a premium to the market price, a total of 2.5M stocks & warrants at $2 & $3/share. Seems it's been in the works since last fall, w/certificates delivered on 20 January 1999. Might explain some of the optimism in price the last few months. Also describes their relationship w/MDC, a PR firm with a financial tilt.
