Reuters Story - February 18, 1999 15:06

FRAZER, Pa., Feb 18 (Reuters) - Computer services provider
DecisionOne Corp. said Thursday that its president and chief
executive officer, Steve Felice, is leaving to take an
executive position at Dell Computer Corp .
The company said that Karl Wyss, senior operating partner
and a managing director of DLJ Merchant Banking Partners,
DecisionOne's largest shareholder, will serve as executive
chairman and chief executive officer. Wyss is a member of the
board of directors of DecisionOne.
Company officials were not immediately available to discuss
the position of president.
DecisionOne shares were trading at 2-13/16 in the morning,
up 1/16 on the day. The stock has a 12-month high of 24 and a
12-month low of 1-5/8.
