One of the keys to our success traces back to a Russian scientist named Pavlov. We have a unique way of training our traders to respond quickly to the phone. We place them in Metal seats with electrodes, hooked up to electric currents. IF the phone rings more than twice they get a cool 120volts. Let me tell you, as an ex-graduate of this bizarre training regiment, that you quickly learn to reach for the phone the moment you hear it. I cant tell you the number of times I've answer the phone at my house to simply greet my mother with "Yamner". <obviously <GGGG>> -steve
