Ok, this is what I was told by the two organizations that Anthony posted: Mercy International, USA -- the bulk of undesignated money goes to the area of greatest need which at this time is Kosovo. You can designate all of your donation for other regions if you so desire. Life -- the bulk of undesignated money goes to Iraq. You can designate all of your donation for other regions if you so desire. So there is no reason not to give. Not to get religous, but I believe we are all going to stand before God one day and have to give account for what we did with what he entrusted us. Everyone knows their own circumstances, but this is a good OPPORTUNITY to help those in desparate need.
