MDT?

MDT had a nasty sell off yesterday with 5X normal volume on bad news. First sale after resumption was nearly 1/2 day's volume. Do you suppose a single sale of nearly 1M shares @ 74 (albeit not a big % of the 485M float) might indicate some institutional dumping? biz.yahoo.com (I wish that had been my sale. I could take my ball and go home not too mad for that much $ <G>)
Anyway, with my limited data and tools it looks like it might have a looong way to fall if it breaks that uptrend at 72 and the IHS neckline at 67 9/16. Where is the next support at, anyway; and just how does one project a target down if they can't find an ACT?
