I'll believe he sold all those shares when you post the link or someone with credibility calls NAVR and they confirm. GEEZ I hate when people post non-confirmed data!!!!!

Yahoo Shows that as a "planned sale" biz.yahoo.com 29-Jan-99 WILTZ DICKINSON G Planned Sale (144) 122,000 Common $1,830,000 w/Schwab also, your post shows him as Buying 16,4400 shares the same day? Now that does'nt make much sense! for a Director to actually sell this close to an S-1 filing seems pretty silly no matter what the reason he actually needed the money. so what gives here? I left a message on IR's voice mail, in hopes they can confirm the sale.

MarketWatch's Insider shows 190,600 shares SOLD 01/29/99 on one line, then actual sale on another, so I guess Yahoo data failed me again. I also see another Director selling 68,600 shares also on 01/29/99. this guy does not bother me too much as he's still got 1.2mil shares left, but that Director who sold 122,000 shares dumped more than half his holdings! insiders.mw.cnation.com where did you get your information from? and why did'nt you supply a link to it?
