Bob, you get what you pay for. I tried saving $ 5 off my internet bill several months ago. It was a miserable experience. Countless busy signals. I'm happy to pay $ 19.95 and be able to get online quickly with no hassles.

for what its worth, net zero has been batting 50/50 with ease of setup. half my friends can get on....me and others get errors....usually with the setup program.
