Not to mention all of the unfair and fictitious white papers put out by Ericy to try and influence the industry not to use CDMA.QUALCOMM I belive has a counter suite involved on the basis of the above facts. Gee.... don't the project those types of evidence on very large screens so all the jury can plainly view them.
