Just back from Mexico-see that I bought FLC at 6.25 and PGO at 11.50 while I was away...Bottom Line is I'm confused as to where we are going near term. Today's rally in crude increases the odds to say 2 to 1 that we saw the low in Jan (10.35 feb futures) and all we have done since the initial surge up is a deep retest, now successful. Also, my trading software was looking for a low in various osx stocks around feb 16ish and more stocks hit new or identical lows together in this timeframe (eg RDC,PDE,FLC,DO,RIG,IO,VTS,PGO,GLM etc.--However, my reading of the little squiggles on the various charts are telling me that more downside may be in store. For eg under my EW system, RIG and DO should test 19-20ish and VTS,PGO and RDC need to print 1 more slight new low to complete their sequences. So-o-o-o I'm shall we say luke warm at the moment. ---I didn't like to see FLC break the 6-6.25 area (where my trading software was signalling support) and often when this happens the stock rebounds trying to regain say 6.25, can't do it and then heads for 5. (it does have the requisite number of waves down though and if it can climb back over 6.25 it will signal that the Low is in for FLC. --If OSX heads down right from the open on Fri, new lows may still be in the cards.If it opens higher,I will reassess.---when does Slider get back from the woodshed? He was saying he was 'loaded' in PGO at approx 12.88-13 but now he is apparently 'loaded' in the 11's per yahoo thread. Slider come back and defend yourself (vbg).
