I concur with that sentiment.

Lennart: I agree that these sort of battles are obnoxious to all concerned. I have tried to avoid them, and this one is not of my making.

It was Mr. Oshinsky, you may recall, under his other name of "Dr. Harvey", that was suspended by SI for the foul and abusive language he used against me. He immediately began posting under his present name, a factor that won't endear him to SI management when he asks them nicely for the personal information about me, which he says he is going to request.

His buddy "SirAlexx" (who may be Mr. Oshinsky under a third name) made an escalating series of threats against me, until he got suspended. I have never been suspended by SI.

His and "SirAlexx"'s frequent requests for my email address and my phone number (so they can "discuss" the situation with me - I can imagine what kind of discussion they have in mind) are uncalled for. The only reason I can think they might want that information is for intimidation, threats, or harassment.

The fact that Mr. Oshinsky is now operating under his own name is not a matter of some principle on his part - if it were, he wouldn't have been pretending to be a doctor all that time. He was outed for legal reasons - DCHT gave him 100,000 shares of stock and is paying him $5,000 per month, so he is obliged to make certain disclosures. I have no business relationship with DCHT, nor any stock position in it, so no further disclosure is necessary on my part.

I do believe in a bright future for fuel cell technology. I do not believe that DCHT necessarily has any future at all. As I posted a couple days ago, an analysis of DCHT's financial statements, taken from its website, indicates that the company either is completely out of cash, or may be very soon. Unless it gets some significant financing, it will either go broke, or have to reduce itself to such a skeleton staff that it will accomplish none of its goals.

If it does get financing at a reasonable price, that could change the picture entirely, and I might well buy the stock. If it doesn't get financing, this stock will be selling pretty close to zero before the year is out.

In addition to financing, at least one other matter has to be cleared up. There is reason to believe that the customer that was the topic of yesterday's press release may be non-existent, or, if it does exist, incapable of purchasing the quantity of product mentioned in the release. I find it interesting that neither the company in its press release nor Mr. Oshinsky can seem to come up with an address or phone number for this supposed customer.

When people were complaining here and elsewhere about Mr. Oshinsky's sleazy tactics, he kept saying that we should stop talking about him and focus on DCHT. When I followed his suggestion and raised important issues about the company's viability and honesty, suddenly he is a busy man who doesn't have time to discuss DCHT, although he does have time to attack me personally.

I am trying to play by the rules here; it is a shame that he isn't.
