In addition to MPTH, Worldgate (WGAT) is in registration and so is Row.com. Worldgate is being underwritten by Jeffries and Gerard Klauer and Row.com is beign underwritten by JP Morgan. Taking COOL at 60% of market (since it's 144 stock) gets you around $15 of book (it's carried at cost right now) and if you add the others, there is some serious arbitrage value here. Anybody want to take a guess at calculating it?
