Scott, I can't believe you are blaming Anaxogoras. You should be taking all the blame yourself and should not have even made that post. If anyones reputation is tainted it is yours for blindly following others. Reading your post left a bitter taste in my mouth :(

<<I harbor no ill will towards Anaxagoras, but emplore [sic]him & others to appreciate the seriousness of this type of potential prob. People are reading this info. & taking it as true. If you have an opinion -- fine -- voice it. But if you hold yourself out as a purveyor of fact & end up being wrong, your credibility on this board & SI will inexorably be tarnished.>>

Give me a break. Sheesh!
Let me make something clear. I don't use SI as a platform to "talk my position" like a gazillion other posters do. Indeed, I don't think I held myself out as a "purveyor of fact"- I believe I made it clear what my sources were, posted relevant links, copied passages, place 'IMHO' where appropriate or similar cautionary language, and repeatedly asked for folks to correct me if I was mistaken. I checked multiple filings, PMed a knowledgeable investor this morning, called the company, and contacted the author of the piece (he just replied BTW- I followed up with another e-mail explaining my error, to which he generously replied: "no problem. Thanks for checking in. As the person who had to look in a lot of filings to find these numbers, I understand how difficult it can be to keep everything straight."). I believe I was responsible in my efforts. One of the purposes of these boards is to share info and challenge what is presented. That should be clear. I do indeed take seriously the "potential problem" you refer to, and that is why I proceeded as I did, mostly asking others on this board to help me. Maybe you could contribute a bit of info for this board in the future.

I really have nothing else to say on this matter. I would prefer to turn back to discussion of the stock.

Regards,
Anaxagoras

I'm a seasoned tech investor.

I didn't check the info myself.

How dare you blame Anaxogoras, for your investment gone bad.

The decision to invest was yours and yours alone.

That said, The fundamentals of this company are great. One of the most compelling in the internet.

When this correction is over you will be glad you have it.

Since I have not received a reply to my inquiry from Inkt Investor Relations on the lockup issue, I cannot comment. However, I believe Anaxogoras has uncovered and confirmed the truth on this issue.

My thanks to Anaxogoras for his efforts regarding this issue.
