<<I harbor no ill will towards Anaxagoras, but emplore [sic ]him & others to appreciate the seriousness of this type of potential prob. People are reading this info. & taking it as true. If you have an opinion -- fine -- voice it. But if you hold yourself out as a purveyor of fact & end up being wrong, your credibility on this board & SI will inexorably be tarnished.>> Give me a break. Sheesh! Let me make something clear. I don't use SI as a platform to "talk my position" like a gazillion other posters do. Indeed, I don't think I held myself out as a "purveyor of fact"- I believe I made it clear what my sources were, posted relevant links, copied passages, place 'IMHO' where appropriate or similar cautionary language, and repeatedly asked for folks to correct me if I was mistaken. I checked multiple filings, PMed a knowledgeable investor this morning, called the company, and contacted the author of the piece (he just replied BTW- I followed up with another e-mail explaining my error, to which he generously replied: "no problem. Thanks for checking in. As the person who had to look in a lot of filings to find these numbers, I understand how difficult it can be to keep everything straight."). I believe I was responsible in my efforts. One of the purposes of these boards is to share info and challenge what is presented. That should be clear. I do indeed take seriously the "potential problem" you refer to, and that is why I proceeded as I did, mostly asking others on this board to help me. Maybe you could contribute a bit of info for this board in the future. I really have nothing else to say on this matter. I would prefer to turn back to discussion of the stock. Regards, Anaxagoras
