Tin,
Can't really advise on the move with any knowledge. But....Sounds like a plan. Check and see if selling those stocks and buying CPQ back will net you about the same number of CPQ shares as you sold. If it is close, jump on it.

It really depends on the market and CPQ's upcoming quarter, and absolutely depends on the assumption that they do not get tainted once more with the channel stuffing story. I can't believe that they will based on last year's debacle, as I think it would cost Mason and Pfeiffer their jobs, but time will tell. My best guess is that 50 could be hit during a pre earnings run, assuming good market conditions and no channel stuffing rumors out there.
