Al,

Another possible scenario is that Dickenson sold to gather up a big chunk of cash to invest in the NetRadio IPO.

I don't think that would be stretching the imagination too much.

Insiders sell for a whole host of reasons; for example when I held lots of ascend insiders were selling all the time, all the way up to the announcement of the merger. The point is: insiders are barred from selling during the period of the ipo: maybe they feel the price is right; maybe they need the money for something else; maybe they want to start another business; maybe they want to start trust funds for grandchildren, etc. etc.: given what these shares cost the insiders, they probably are happy with these prices.
