Regarding the April Calls, I think you would do much better to keep them vs. swapping them for the July's. Think about it. This trial will go into a reprieve with Judge Jackson rediscovering his affinity for travelling to far away places; Office 2000, the split and then earnings. I actually think July may see another selloff as the trial will probably have finished by then (I doubt any of these legal teams want to work through the summer) and a negative verdict will have hit the street.

Too much risk there, be careful. Your first instinct was correct.

I agree, but I think it's the uncertainty that's factored in, so any firm result of the trial will boost the stock, I believe. Unfortunately, the trial break just prolongs the period of uncertainty.
