Robert... Thanks for posting both those... I had missed the posting re: convertible subordinated notes. So, on that score there will be some minor dilution. Wolf had commented that there was dilution in connection with the secondary offering -- but of course those are just a sale of existing shares by DuPont, DPMI's old parent. Do you see any near-term upside to this market -- and DPMI? Duane

Here's a link to an article discussing both capacity and the migration schedule to .18, .15, and .13 micron for at least one large company. eet.com In the past there has been considerable discussion on this thread about the exponential increase in photomask revenues as the industry migrates to ever narrower linewidths. Wouldn't you agree we are now starting to get some kind of handle on the possible growth in companies like DPMI? -- and CYMI, and etc... tso
