FYI, great article: To catch a cyber thief - Regulators get creative to fight flourishing stock cons

usatoday.com

A choice quote:

"PR Newswire, which distributes business press releases, said last fall it will not allow companies to mention more well-known firms in their releases unless they have a deal with those firms. Promoters were peppering press releases with names like Microsoft and Amazon.com, knowing those names would be picked up by search engines and give the press releases broader distribution."

PartyTime: "...completely ignore that Zulu has just hired an executive from Pointcast...."

BlueFox: And you've managed to completely ignore the fact that ZULU isn't ESVS yet. ESVS may have hired someone, but ZULU is still a stock of its own, until the merger is complete (as opposed to talked about, referred to, etc, etc).

PartyTime Response: Read the top of the header, BlueFox. It says "ZuluGroup.com." Read the SEC Filing pertaining to the Deleware incorporation, which will be the entity both ESVS and Zulu will become. It says "ZuluGroup.com." So now you know what I mean when I write "Zulu." I've frequently referred to the combined entity more as Zulu than Enhanced because ultimately it is ZuluGroup.

PartyTime: "...If you truly wanted something good to happen with Zulu, you wouldn't be bring up old sh*t, like you always do...."

BlueFox: You're not still stuck on the idea that anything said here has any bearing on the company's success are you?

PartyTime Response: It doesn't matter what I think will happen as a result of dialogue on this and other threads. These threads have gained international recognition as a reference from business media and by substantial investor participation.

Do you would agree that individual opinions become cumulative? And I very vividly recall respectively checking SI and Bobz thread content prior to investing in a stock. Why would I think anyone else is different? And since institutions do not invest in stocks under five dollars, opinions from threads such as this one do become more important.

Regarding Zulu specifically, when the stock to which I'm invested unfairly gets hammered with what I consider a sabotage campaign and a continuing parade of negative opinion from non-investors, I have every right to question what is going on and why.

Here's an interesting way to view how I feel. I'm a Red Sox fan, they are my home team and I root for them. Do I criticize the Red Sox? You bet! Now, I'm a Zulu investor, it's my stock where I've invested nearly 10 grand. Would I like to have the freedom to criticize Zulu? You bet!!!

But--and this is most unfortunate--any space for objective criticism on my part instead becomes devoted towards my defending against a continuous bevy of unfounded and unfair attacks from individuals who have no other interest but the destruction ZuluGroup.com. Hence, I become a respondee of unwarranted criticism rather than an objective participant within criticism I personally would prefer to share.

BlueFox, I wish this "Neghead" contingent had more of your style, class and character. Whereas you, from time to time, offer a critical, non-incessant evaluation on the progress, or lack thereof, of the company; the Negheads clearly hog up all space for criticism. I think it's fair to state that what you offer as analysis in no way compares to what Jon Tara, HIGHPLANESDRIFTER, Random, Tradescape, Bagladdy or other Negheads offer.

Though I often disagree with you concerning Zulu, please note that you--among all of the Zulu critics--offer the contrary opinion to which I respect the most. It's my sincere wish that the others would follow your example and not cause this thread, or the ESVS/Yahoo thread, to become a haven for negativity.

In closing, Zulu has combined and/or is in the process of combining more than a half-a-dozen separate business entities. It has shut down European and United Kingdom operations, shelved or back-burnered some entities and fired many employees within this process. Factor in past venture capital initiatives which didn't fare well, and thus one can see cause for some of the disgruntlement which fuels Zulu's enemy forces.

But I'm looking to the future of this company, not the past.

And the present moves appear to want to stabilize that future, as evidenced by the extensive SEC filings, corporate appointments and business acquisitions and affiliations in both ecommerce and online advertising sectors.

Well, gosh darn it all Blue Fox!

How did you manage to elicit a compliment from PartyTime? I have been posting sincerely, if cynically, for many months, and the more it goes, the more invective I seem to attract! I am at wits end to say the right thing.

But I will keep trying to besmirch my clean record....

P.S. Party, I thought that you held a similar kind view of the very fair postings of the now-departed TerryT ... debit where debit is due!
