Frank is the man to rescue us from this screwed up Zucco deal. Drop him a line @growthalley.com and express your concerns regarding the 6 buck deal and "Key Employees" sweetheart arrangements. We need someone with vision and leadership abilities not someone who has a job for 12 months and makes a knee-jerk reaction and sells everyone down the river. I'm sure it would have been different had he own alot of shares himself. The egg-timer man stands to profit nicely from this deal at our expense. After they cooked the books for nine months, took the earnings and stock price down, they still think we're stupid and will vote yes. Frank help!!! Frank I can't feel my legs!!!
