Maybe that long break in March and April will result in some talks between the parties. I just can't believe most people think that just because of MSFT legal team blunders, that they will be broken up into parts. I remember reading they will lose big is the reason for the selloff.
C'mon-- don't people realize that a lot of other possibilities are there also. Like I said the DOJ does not want to be labelled as big government and therefore want a settlement or reasonable remedies to get themselves off the hook. Some people will say the DOJ is not on the hook , it is MSFT. My feeling is that they both are because the DOJ does not want to be blamed for screwing up the software biz or costing corporations a lot of money in an economy that is getting more dependent on computer and growing because of these efficiencies that have been created.
Remember in the USA, big government is like some kind of evil force that no one likes.<g>

We have some big dummies as mutual fund managers who don't see through these things.
JMHO of course.
