I thought Tonto was the Lone Rangers sidekick... Obviously you are bluffing or you surely would of had this fax you claim your friend sent you posted here complete with friends name and date and time it was received by your witness friend. Although this would be a lot of work considering such a news release you claim we sent out a day ahead does not exist. Funny isn't it how no one else of the thousands of T A P members ever received such a release one day ahead that was exactly the same of the actual news release. "I do have a news release from you that was received from a friend of mine. The release was sent out 1 day earlier than the public release and is exactly the same." "Please stop with your futile threats. If you would like, I will call your supposed attorney and discuss what I have had faxed to me and when the releases came out and see if he/she would like to continue." Just curious but if your friend was emailed this release you claim why would it not simply be forwarded to you via email instead of faxed? Or is this friend claiming it was faxed to him/her? T A P does not have an email service for members! "I am sending a copy of your release to the SEC and yourself. I will not place my phone number on it, but i would be more than happy to contact your legal council...just give me the number." T A P is still waiting for the fax you claimed to be sending us and the SEC,which you could have your friend email the complete text back to us and have posted here for that matter if indeed it did exist.Don't you want to prove yourself to all whom you seem to want to protect. You just called me stupid in Spanish....do i smell a libel case...or is it slander?.....you also called me incompetent, etc. you are a piece of garbage and should find a more honorable profession. DW...enough is enough......little selfish to take control of the board while people try to make investments. Your point is well taken and we all try to stay focus on the positive outlook for soundworks. We realize that TAP is not responsible for our investments.....WE ALL WRITE OUR OWN CHECKS. I agree that DD should be done but even you don't have the crystal ball. Time will tell...maybe you r right maybe you will be wrong......it really doesn't matter. I do appreciate your input but we have read it many times. By the way...give me your opinion on TLTG....I do believe you are well educated and respect your concern for the rest of us.
