If rates are to go up, arent bonds bad to hold? Price declines...
Is this correct? I'm kidda confused at this basic point.
If stocks are now dangerous and I want to move out b/c rates might rise,
where do I go? Won't bond prices decline when rates rise?
Seems like both are a dangerous investment..

PS :What are CEF's ?
